SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long do products take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from our warehouse in Riverside, California.
Standard deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment.

Some products may not be stocked locally and could require longer lead times. In such cases, delivery timelines are generally no longer than 15 business days. If extended lead times apply, we will notify you in advance.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered, order size, and destination.
Typical shipping fees range from $15–$30 per order.

Free shipping may be available for select orders over $500, depending on product type and destination.

Who does Vision4Vita sell to?

Vision4Vita sells exclusively to qualified and authorized laboratories, including academic institutions, research organizations, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, government laboratories, and other professional research entities.

All products are intended for laboratory research use only. We do not sell to private individuals or for personal use.

How can I pay for my order?

You may place an order with Vision4Vita using one of the following methods:

  1. Online checkout via PayPal
  2. Purchase Order (PO) — please submit your PO to contact@vision4vita.com
    (Net terms are subject to review and approval)

How do I place an order if I’m tax exempt or eligible for tax deduction?

If your organization is tax exempt or eligible for tax deduction, please contact us at contact@vision4vita.com from an authorized institutional email address and provide the relevant documentation.

This may include:

  • Valid tax exemption certificates (where applicable), or
  • Supporting documentation indicating tax-deductible purchasing status (e.g., nonprofit or academic research use)

Once the information is reviewed and verified, we will update your account so tax is handled appropriately on eligible orders.

If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies for tax exemption or tax deduction, we recommend consulting your organization’s finance or tax department prior to placing an order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I get a refund on my purchase?

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. Delayed shipping or undeliverable orders
  2. Items damaged during transit
  3. Incorrect items received
