- Products that have been opened, used, altered, or are not in resalable condition
- Laboratory instruments, apparatus, or equipment that have been used or are missing original packaging
- Special-order or custom-sourced products
- Products not purchased directly from Vision4Vita
- Expired products or products with insufficient remaining shelf life for resale
- Discontinued or clearance items
- Medical devices
- Products containing mercury
- Controlled goods or hazardous substances

Resolution Options
